Vet Pet Vaccines

Where I am supposed to be.
I have wondered about this, he puts my wondering to a halt. Soooo sad.
The comments below video are revealing.

Pet vaccines: "I've spent a career as a veterinarian watching animals DIE from rabies vaccines...tumors at injection sites...autoimmune diseases...some dogs die immediately."

They sadly took his license away for not blindly injecting the approved vaccines. Pharmaceutical companies have taken over animal medicine, same as human...

One of my German Shepherds after a vaccine started having all sorts of allergies that made her miserable. Shepherds are know for allergies to begin with but she never had them before. I vaccines for human usage have such loose standards for quality and purity I can only imagine what care goes into vaccine for animal usage. Other than the required rabies vaccine for an adult dog the only other one I would consider is the Lymes vax......I did give my Mal the parvo vax when she was a pup though.

Just like anything else in medicine whether animal or human you have to do the risk/reward calculations. As an adult I'm fully comfortable with that but they tend to gloss over the risk part or put it in fine print so you don't read it.

I also think there’s something going on in pet vax land.

For allergies, look at switching foods. Some of the worst are chicken, corn and wheat. We had been feeding our Sharpei mix some type of crud. They are very prone to allergies, yet this has been the first time this girl has had problems.

So I went yesterday and bought enough Taste of The Wild for her. She’s much better today.

But that’s probably because of the $400 vet/Med bill since it’s not been enough time for the food to work. The mutt can eat the junk right now.

If food helps it will be better than vet bills.

Anyway, look and see what your GSD may be allergic food wise and see if changing that won’t help.

Around here, this time of year gives almost all the dogs allergies of some type. I have come to think it may be a fungus since it’s wet. But we also live almost in a pasture so that helps no one.

Good luck!

We had a rescue..we went a picked up...he was half lab and half chow...chow fur and lab head...he was the sweetest guy....he was covered in ticks when we got him....they were swollen and as big around as the end of one your fingers.....he tested high positive Lyme..
We started giving him olive leaf extract. 500mg a couple of times a day.. after about a month... he tested super low for Lyme...never tested him again...he lived to be 16....
We keep our dogs on it ..just one a day....no Lyme and even better never a positive for heart worm... drives the vets nuts..because we never give heart worm meds
