Pork Pull That Pork!

This one is easy...

2 lbs of pork loin
Cut the loin in thirds and brown on medium high heat in the cast iron on the stove. Turn frequently. Don't overcook!

Meanwhile...

In a Crock pot, add 3/4 cup of water.
Add sea salt, black pepper...
A few shakes of liquid smoke...
3 TB's of Organic Mother ACV...

Cook on slow for 6 hours. Then drain most of the juices and fat. Take your forks and get to shredding that pig!
Set Crock Pot on the Warm setting, and then add Kinder's Organic BBQ sauce. Then let it rest for another hour or so on Warm.

I'm serving mine with a side of black eyed peas with garlic and onion.

Slap me in the morning! LOL
