Reposting for those who missed it-Destroying Mucous.

Saved, to glorify God.
For Anyone who is suffering from thick mucous in the respiratory tract-
Mucous can be destroyed by drinking plenty of FRESH OR FROZEN pinapple juice! My RN daughter learned that in a head nurse class. Pineapple juice has BROMELINE in it to dissolve the protein that makes water turn into mucous!

Its why you cant put fresh pineapple into jello, it dissolves the protein that makes it jell!
Bromeline is destroyed by the heat of canning, so there is some small amount of Bromeline in canned pineapple juice but FAR lower amounts than fresh or frozen juice.

It WORKS! I HAD an lower respiratory infection and about choked to death on thick, sticky mucous.
I called my RN daughter for help and she said
"QUICK, get some pineapple juice!" I did and within a couple of hours it dissolved!

Thanks for the info, I knew pineapple juice was good for mucous, but have not used it lately. Walmart never had the frozen, but I found some at another store. I think I got two cans probably need to get more.

I get so congested from allergies and probably crap in the air in the house that I figure something related to that will be the death of me.

Pineapple in all fresh forms is a daily part of my intake.
