Good debate. I notice his pole results were shown last, a not so subtle hint there. But he creamed the other candidates in the poles. Go President Ron Paul!

My perspective of the debate

Gingrich has the Social Security issue right, the education issues right, the military issues as right as anyone does.

RP is a rebel rouser, which is all that anyone should take from his words and demeanor. He makes use of popular prejudices (e.g. violation of sovereignties in pursuit of terrorists) and false claims (e.g. his vote on gun manufacturers liability) and promises (e.g. a 0 tax rate) in order to gain popularity and a following. It is interesting the spontaneity and unity of his followers through their social media usage. Very unique and likely the force to be used to elect anyone to anything in the near future.

Perry is too much of a cowboy for yo’all city slickers.

Santorum is not comfortable in his own skin.

Romney is damaged goods, it is not good to look too close.

Your welcome to your opinion of course. However the fruits of his 30 year fight to hold the Federal Government feet to the fire, contain out of control spending and his tireless defense of the constitution speak volumes to me.

Its NOT about Ron Paul. Its about the Libertarian Party revolution that Ron Paul created. Ron Paul has enabled the transition to dynasty for his own son to walk into the Presidency, If we still have a country left after 2016 since Obama will be reelected.......by fraud and voter intimidation and dead people ballots and billion dollar sound byte and a in the pocket media ....... and as Pelosi mentioned in that video i posted above for any or all that will watch it, the Progressives are waiting for the Supreme Court decisions which will bring all the 'assetts' into her corner (Mexican votes)

eta: i am not bashing what Ron Paul says or did, i am simply saying that no way in hell will he be elected. If he is he will end up just like JFK. Nobody is going to bust that Federal Reserve. Nobody

Last nite's 'debate' was NOT RP's best performance and the crowd wasn't pleased with some of his responses either...but he was
given more airtime which is only fair.

It was generally acknowledged to be Newt's nite - which is interesting. Newt has peaked and ebbed several times - almost like
when the media types called Clinton - the Comeback Kid. But Baggage Newt's got.

Baggage, agendas, political hackery and just plain inanity - it makes the head spin at times.
At least there were FEWer of them to spew and spin.

No longer just the silly or strange season - it's become the INSANE season.

Again, just why the heck do ANY of these dudes (no women left?) still want the Oval Ofc.???
Do they actually & honestly think they can restore sanity to the Republic?...or just continue the descent and the looting albeit at a slightly different pace?
