Nesourdnahunk Lake is on the western edge of Baxter Park. Get there by going to Greenville, north to Golden Road, east to Telos Road, north to Nesourdnahunk. Also get there by going west of Millinocket, past Baxter. Great fishing with a great campground on edge of lake.

Flyfishing only on a larger lake. 10-12" brookies all day; dry flies on top in AM and eve, nymphs all day long. Fried trout for breakfast with scrambled eggs and home fries. If you dont catch trout, you substitute thinnly sliced venison steaks with the eggs, which you brought from home to keep from starving. I do a 4-day weekend here in late May with son, then wife and I go in early Sept. Heaven. But dont tell anyone.
