I have greatly improved my thyroid issue by improving my gut health with supplements. I have been on a supplement plan for at least 8 years. Progress has been slow. But I have gone from taking 60 grains of Armour Thyroid daily to taking no daily medication. Once in awhile I take half of a 15mg synthetic thyroid medication for a day or two if symptoms are trying to return. It is a long road, but time and consistency pay off.

I have been on Plexus Triplex. It’s not cheap as supplements I could get at Walmart. But I was missing out on life. I was desperate at the time I started them. I had good thyroid numbers on the 60 grains of Armour, but I felt awful. I was barely getting through the day. People have told me Plexus to expensive. But so is being sick and an endless stream of drs that aren’t helping your symptoms. I spend about $130 a month on the Triplex. I signed up as an ambassador for the wholesale prices. But I don’t try to sell it much. I will take it as long as I can afford it. I don’t ever want to go back to feeling the way I used to. I still have some bad days sometimes. But even those are not as bad as my every day before.
