And be very public about where he will be. I know that's against common wisdom, but this game is different. If he provides flight info, and said flight has a "mysterious failure" while over the Atlantic, everyone is going to know. Sure, the left will defend the mystery, but the rest of the world will know for sure it was an assassination.

A few transcript errors (you can tell it was translated by a non-native-English-speaker) because they repeat the following exchange at least three times (and out of order) in the transcript, but excellent questions & answers!

Also found the following exchange very telling:

TUCKER: So then you do see America as an enemy?

PUTIN: That was just a saying but the current administration is definitely not a friend.

TUCKER: Can that be changed?

PUTIN: That’s why you have elections.

Not sure if this was meant as a joke or not?

But even if it was one of his "dozens of doubles" - maybe even a holograph AI generated image - it makes no difference.
What is key is what was said - not how the message was delivered,
If our Pres won't even talk to Putin (or his AI) then at least it is important for US citizens to hear what he has to say.
Naturally we can expect the normal - Tucker is a Russian Agent - Putin Lover .......

The First step in resolving a dispute is to understand each parties issues - given Biden refuses to take this first step it is clear he (and his handlers) have zero interest in a deescalation of this new Cold (warm) War

I am so glad he released the transcript. I hoped he would do that or remove the video as soon as it was recorded and edited. As others have pointed out, that removes the most obvious reason why he might have his laptop and cameras confiscated or, worse, never make it home at all.

Desperate people do desperate things, and the current administration will be desperate. Especially Putin coming out and saying that Biden isn't in charge. Most people know that, but in this sort of rational interview, the information has a bit more gravitas for some people.

It's truly amazing - and a sad indictment of our country - that you and several other posters on this thread believe that a Carlson assassination is a real possibility.

I don't think anyone on this board is naive enough to believe that the United States never engaged in assassinations, but virtually all of us believed that the targets were terrorists, drug barons or communist leaders and apparatchiks. The idea that the US would assassinate a popular and well-known US journalist was completely alien to us.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen! Now, most of us - including myself - believe that an assassination of Tucker Carlson is a real possibility.

I watch with a sort of detached horror and disgust as I see this country steadily descend a spiral staircase into a third-world basement of amorality, depravity and economic destruction.

Maybe. But there are no media outlets willing to give Tucker the time of day. Unless they find something they can push taken out of context.

He doesn't need any outlets to give him the time of day.... He tells Elon Musk he wants to go live, they'll set up a twitter spaces in less than 10 mins. And you don't get more of an audience anywhere else really.

Well there is some good reason to think agencies in the US government took out a US President - if a sitting President is a valid target - we all are.
