under the treaty of annexation in exchange for 4 or 5 states worth of land east New Mex/ OK/CO/KS/WY Texas kept all it’s public lands fed paid $5,000,000 and assumed all Republic of TX debt which they were supposed to pay off in silver but instead paid off in US bonds the sorry crooks
that’s why Texas has $$$ in it’s permanet university fund they keep the mineral rights to what land they do sell/lease

We can hope, but the Supreme Court has gone into left field before. This feels like it could be a tipping point for our Republic. If the SC sides with Biden the Constitution loses another big piece of power keeping the Union intact. If the SC sides with the Constitution, then it remains to be seen if Biden follows it. With his term almost being over there is still lots of damage he can do.

btw, Eagles Pass, TX (In this thread) and Mars Hill, ME (recently came up in unrelated subject matter online) but oddly both are on the path of the very next solar eclipse coming in April 8 which criss crosses the path of the total solar eclipse 7 years ago on August, 2017. The signs in the Heaven should have everyone’s attention now, but many continue in ignorance which abounds. The point I am trying to make right now is that the path of the next eclipse is related to what the Lord -imho- is trying to show all of us the spiritual importance of what is happening in Eagle Pass -including the very recent visit there by Congressmen- as we speak.

But with this being a three-sided coin, it looks to me that someone is looking for a bigger wad of tobacco before it gets to the courts.

Key word, National Guard as in Organized Militias of the United States. It's the Army National Guard which requires the same qualifications as the R.A. Regular Army. Each State does have a Military Dept. but may call it something else, such as Adjutant General's Office, Office of the Adjutant General, et.

Texas has a separate Military Dept. section Texas State Militia which is similar to the California State Militia also known as the Governor's Twenty. Some have the State Military Reserve as an adjunct to the National Guard. Some States may have updated their pronunciation as La Guardia de la Nacional (just kidding, gosh!)

I pulled a map up and this clearly looks like a state park.
It already belongs to the state.
It's closed to visitors now.

Guarantee the supposed emergency was created by cartel human smugglers either by forcing a family that couldn't make it, into the river there, or by drowning illegal immigrants themselves. Probably with the Congressman and crooked BP in communication with them.

“The Texas Military Department is aware of a social media post concerning the drownings of 3 migrants.

TMD was contacted by Border Patrol at approximately 9:00pm in reference to a migrant distress situation. TMD had a unit in the vicinity of the boat ramp and actively searched the river with lights and night vision goggles. No migrants were observed.

At approximately 9:45pm TMD observed a group of Mexican authorities responding to an incident on the Mexico-side of the river bank. TMD reported their observations back to Border Patrol and they confirmed that the Mexican authorities required no additional assistance. At that time TMD ceased search operations.

At no time did TMD security personnel along the river observe any distressed migrants, nor did TMD turn back any illegal immigrants from the US during this period. Also, at no point was TMD made aware of any bodies in the area of Shelby Park nor was TMD made aware of any bodies being discovered on the U.S. side of the border regarding this situation.

TMD maintains water rescue equipment and actively works with local EMS to aid migrants in need of medical care.”

The Biden administration once again pushed a false narrative at the border, now refuted by their own DOJ.

White House claim: “On Friday night, a woman and two children drowned near Eagle Pass, and Texas officials blocked U.S. Border Patrol from attempting to provide emergency assistance.”

DOJ filing: The migrants had already drowned at 8pm, and Border Patrol didn’t inform Texas until an hour later at 9pm.

This, like the horseback patrol “whipping” claims - took off as a false narrative, generating headlines that claimed Texas blocked a federal rescue effort, leading to the drownings of three migrants. The DOJ now confirms, those migrants had been deceased for an hour before Texas was even alerted about it.

So what happens to them after they are arrested?
There is no jail big enough to hold all of them. And what would be the point if they were put in jail because they will be released at some point (after they are fed and healed).
Are they deported? If so is it just across the border so they can come across again a half-mile away?
If they are deported a longer distance, how does that even help?

There is no answer because what needs to be done will NEVER happen.
Texas would be better off just skipping the Border Patrol and instead placing all of them on buses immediately to be shipped out. Which would also do nothing for our country but might save Texas some money.

The state could do a lot more but they are not, they can arrest border patrol and keep them detained and go as far to issue a arrest warrant for the director of home land security, if need be offer a reward for him alive.
