This week, for the first time ever, we're double-dipping into the same source material two episodes in a row. Why? Last week was National Grilled Cheese Day, and well damn it, it got me in the mood. So while we don't have any accurate stats or specs on the 'grilled cheese deluxe' from Cheezer's, this is my very best effort to make a grilled cheese worth standing in line for. Unless you're an astronaut, of course.

This recipe will work with any medium-dry cheese such as Gruyère, Comté, Swiss, or Jack. Do not use pre-grated cheese as it is coated in starch that will affect its smoothness when melting.

This reminded me I had meant to try the other grilled cheese recipe and had forgotten; will be grilling BBQ chicken n sausage later this week, if I have time to make a good loaf o' italian sourdough I may try the older GC recipe

As to that hotmess hotdog recipe you put up :: shakes head :: 1st, it reminds me why I don't complain even more bout ya not cooking nuff. Hot dogs are simple. Cut length wise almost in two. Pull apart like butter fly wings, and char/heat on campfire, under broiler or in cast iron skillet. Accordianize a slice o' cheese, and insert into the opening. Take last opp to smootch yer sweetie while it heats up and melts, as the next step involves inserting hotdog into hot homemade bun, and adding generous amnt o' chopped onions and katsup. Not Mustard.
Never ever Mayo.
