But thankfully, the article update above says they were both treated and released for their "non life threatening" injuries. Very, very fortunate! That doesn't mean, of course, they won't have lifelong issues... post concussion syndrome, PTSD, permanent pain and later impairment from spinal damage...
Hopefully, they learned an important lesson about reality vs Skittles pooping unicorns in regards to race relations. I'm thinking the attacker previously dated the girl, and felt disrespected when she went out with or started a relationship with another guy. I watched too many episodes of The First 48 (reality cop show following big city homicide detectives) while trying to rehab my back. The VAST MAJORITY of young women who were killed were murdered by their love interests... who were 95% black. GTR isn't even an interesting game watching that show... it's just an incontrovertible fact.
I plan on having the granddaughters watch it in about 10 years.
(And of course, there were good black families on the show who tried everything to raise their children right and keep them safe from the streets. I feel for them... the 80% or whatever give the rest a terrible stereotype to overcome)
But its getting worse, in the democrat run cities. We were told by our son-in-law Sunday that it's no longer safe to DRIVE in Rochester, NY after dark, on the main streets downtown! "Youths" are running rampant, and the latest are groups (-gangs) of them on minibikes, packed up and driving on sidewalks or anywhere else they please. They'll spot a vehicle with potential victims and surround them like a zebra is by a pack of lions. Once you stop your vehicle, because you are civilized and don't want to injure someone, they swarm the car like a pack of chimpanzees, doing as much damage and destruction as possible. God help you if they manage to break a window!
Rochester used to be a safe, clean, thriving tech center. Deindustrialization and decades of voting Democrat has turned it into a dangerous shithole.
