He's been caught before and got out. Probably one DH castrated last year.
We got 34 pounds of meat from this pig and he had plenty of fat on him, we have two big bags to render.

Today has had good and bad. I'm going to focus on the good.
Found the walking foot that supposed does not exist. Not only does it exist, but Husqvarna made it. My guess is they don't make them anymore since I can't find them online. But the sewing machine repair shop in town had one. Just one. I won't say how expensive it was but it gave me a few hours of hesitation before I found out that friend went by the shop and got it for me.
I found aronia berry and the dwarf versions of blackberry and blueberry at Tractor Supply. I already have the dwarf version of raspberries.
I found some more knit fabric, and a beautiful set of handkerchiefs.
Son did not have a meltdown when his movie phone died and he couldn't find the other one. But we did have to stop and head home because he was hitting his limit. But then I needed to come home as well because the last thing put me over my tolerance levels as well.
Friend has jumped in on the other issue. And just made me laugh. He found the fence rails and somehow fit them in his car. He's headed to my place with them now.
My new to me phone now has a sim. The changes are going to take some getting used to.
Stopped by the gun store and picked up some more ammo. Wow, it was packed! Seems there's been some problems and the higher priced defense rounds are now kept behind the counter. And the price for a new mag was a bit high so that will wait two weeks. One step at a time.

Well, in theory I was supposed to go and pick up some chickens today. Instead hubby drags me out to go buy a boat. I 100% don’t see the point in me having to go, he knows what I like and don’t, so it’s silly for me to waste all dang weekend in this process. I’ve been feeling like death warmed over (being a woman is a JOY), so I’m behind in all my housework, my cooking, everything. I think I’m just going to sleep for the next several days and try again next week.
