Well, I haven't done much today, but the weekend sure was full! Picked up two colonies of bees and set them up in hives on Saturday, preg-checked DD's Hereford cows yesterday and separated out ones to sell this week, tagged the 3 newest calves, and worked on the garden.

We planted broccoli, cabbage, carrots, beets, lettuce, and about 1500 onion sets. WE still need to plant about another 1500,as well as chard, kale, peas, and more that I'm sure I'm forgetting. I'll plant warm season stuff in another 2 weeks.

DD got her fence up at the neighbors, (he lets her use his small pasture without charge) so I'll be making up some cabbage pockets and other goodies for her to take to him.

Today, I need to check and feed the hives and do some more planting (and clean, do laundry, figure out a menu for the next couple weeks,....)
