I have no particular dislike of social conservatives unless and until they try to impose their personal dogma on me. Next they'll be wanting us all barefoot, pregnant and wearing burquas.
Upon further reflection I've decided they don't need to throw this social conservative out of the GOP---I'm leaving of my own volition. I left the Democrats when they decided that support for abortion was a non-negotiable position. I have no problem with walking away from any group that tells me to abandon my principles.
